How to translate strategy
into program

Even the funniest ‘Crazy Phone’ will not work for an informational program, if not even the opposite. Because a good program element does not automatically make sense for every strategy.

When the strategy is set and the positioning in the competitive environment is clearly defined, all the on-air parts need to be checked: which promotion is beneficial for the station, how should the news sound, how important are regional references etc.

The BCI consultants talk to you about every single program part and help you translate the defined strategy into functional recommendations.
