Salzbrenner is a Senior Consultant & Partner responsible for Central Europe where he has been working as a strategic consultant and coach for almost 20 years. His clients are well known: Ö3, SWR3, NDR2, Radio Hamburg, FFN and the Berliner Rundfunk and many more; in the TV business NDR, ORF, Sat.1 and many other production houses and “big players” like Lufthansa, Bertelsmann & Aida Cruises.
Frank gets the inspiration for his work mostly from the field of psychology. Many of the tools taken for granted in today’s morning shows have been developed by Salzbrenner in cooperation with the client’s teams. “Multibreaks”, “The Moodboard”, “Moodmod” or “The Signature Breaks” just to name a few.
Working with people is very important for Frank. His credo is: “Success can only be realized when all parameters are fulfilled, everyone is on the same page and when talent meets creativity, experience and courage”.
The goal: to first get to know the desire and expectations of the listeners and then to understand them and finally to exceed their expectations.
The work and cooperation with Frank Salzbrenner is always fundamentally sustainable which is proven by the many long-term partnerships and even friendships that have evolved out of his projects. To work with the best radio professionals for that long and that intense is not only something Frank is very proud of but the whole team at BCI.
